Quinta do Espinho is located in Santa Marta de Penaguião, in the sub-region of the ‘Baixo Corgo’, birthplace of the Alto Douro Wine Region.
The Alto Douro Wine Region, which is the oldest demarcated wine region in the world, is listed since 2001 as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO due to its unique natural and cultural landscape.
